As the village is set at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy a particularly calm atmosphere – ideal for unwinding and recharging. The apartment is located in the "Vier Jahreszeiten" building, centrally yet quietly situated – directly opposite the spa gardens, which feature a large playground, mini-golf, boules court, and plenty of activities for all ages. The popular Kranichsee lake and the swimming lake Kulmbacher Teich are just a short walk away, perfect for strolls, relaxing by the water, or swimming in summer. Shops, including grocery stores, are only about a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Active guests will find plenty to do: the base station for the cable car and chairlift to Bocksberg is just 80 meters away. There you’ll find scenic hiking trails, a rustic log cabin, summer toboggan run, slide towers, mountain bike and downhill routes, and – depending on the season – ski slopes and toboggan runs. The famous Liebesbankweg hiking trail, considered one of Germany’s most beautiful, starts right outside your door. A special highlight is the balcony with stunning views of the Kranichsee.
